Lex-Pro Services, LLC (AZCLDP #82220) is owned and operated by Leah Capece (AZCLDP #82193). Leah practiced law in New Jersey from 2008-2020 where she gained vast experience in a wide variety of legal matters including civil litigation, mediation, divorce and family law, estates and probate, corporate law and contracts, real estate and bankruptcy. 

Leah retired her law license in 2020 and moved to Arizona in search of sunnier skies. She became an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer (AZCLDP) in 2025 to make legal services more accessible and affordable for her community.

Leah also works part time for a local Licensed Fiduciary where she advocates for the most vulnerable members of the population. Her work with the Fiduciary has also improved her knowledge of the probate process and civil procedure in the Tucson City and Pima County Courts. 

In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband and two cockatiels, sampling new cuisine, and traveling around the southwest.
